BIM LOD 350 

“Building Information Modeling” 

Provides comprehensive virtual 3-D models of a project before actual construction takes place. Provided with drafting and engineering services, or as a stand-alone addition. 

    • Identify design clashes, potential construction issues  
    • Improves field efficiency 
    • Maintains Project budgets by finding problems 
    • Aligns with REVIT. Further detail in CAD is also offered if needed. 
    • Consultations available on a project by project basis
